We both met whilst studying for an undergraduate Biology degree at The University of Nottingham, before moving on to complete our teacher training. Together, we have over 25 years worth of experience in education, spanning from EYFS all the way up to KS4.
Our belief is that each child should be seen through the lens of being limitless. Our approach provides equity for our learners, regardless of economic background, gender, disability or race. With this at the centre of our ethos, it has become our mission to continue to advocate for the children of our future.
We have encompassed many roles and responsibilities so far in our carers and realised the constant need for the advocacy of our pupils and their families - be this with the learning environment at school, the consistency at home or the support from Local Authorities.
Over the course of these years, we have fulfilled various leadership roles alongside our teaching commitments, enabling a deeper, holistic understanding and experience of the education sector.
